Please join us in supporting this worthy cause. The Vermilion Relay for Life is being held at Palmetto Island State Park, April 28th, 2012 6pm to 6am.  Will have great food and fun activities throughout the evening!

Canoe Rental

Palmetto Island State Park now has Canoe Rental!!!!!!

As of Wednesday, February 15, Palmetto Island State Park will begin renting canoes to the public. The cost will be $5.00 an hour or $20 for the day. The price includes life jackets and paddles. Must be 18 years or over to rent a canoe. The canoes can be used anywhere within the park boundaries on the 3 ponds and inter-connecting canals.
